Roth's background has given him skills that can serve this community well. He has a Master’s degree in Adult Education and has worked as a corporate trainer, helping managers and teams communicate more effectively. He has also worked as an outdoor guide with Outward Bound. These experiences taught him the importance of listening, understanding different perspectives, and helping groups work toward common goals. Roth is especially good at seeing the big picture as well as synthesizing many perspectives.
Roth believes in a Cranbrook where local businesses flourish, families have opportunity, and every resident has a voice at the table.
When elected to City Council, Roth will bring a practical, forward-looking approach to every decision — one that puts Cranbrook's long-term prosperity and vibrancy first.

Plan for the long term so that Cranbrook grows in a thoughtful, organized way. That means making better decisions about where development belongs, improving our tourism image and signage, finding ways to increase revenue, and investing more in essential infrastructure such as aging roads and public spaces
